Section 1: Warranty Coverage and Scope

Catworks Cat Enclosures provides a 7-Year Warranty, ensuring the quality of materials and workmanship in the construction of your custom cat enclosure are free from faults that affect functionality. This warranty is effective for 7 years from the original date of installation or purchase, giving you peace of mind and security.

Section 2: Warranty Exclusions

Please note that this warranty does not cover any damage resulting from external factors such as the collapse of your house or fence, fire, falling trees, or criminal vandalism (e.g., cutting the netting).

Section 3: Optional Repairs and Net Repositioning Service

Catworks offers both specialised repair services and a Net Repositioning Service for your cat enclosure. Repairs outside warranty coverage are chargeable. The Net Repositioning Service, provided at a nominal fee, facilitates temporary net removal and reinstallation when required by other trades, ensuring minimal disruption to your enclosure’s integrity. Clients are responsible for advance scheduling and coordination with other trades, ensuring a seamless service experience.

Section 4: Warranty Voidance Conditions

The warranty is void if damage is caused by tree growth, branches, vegetation, or foreign objects (e.g., whipper snipper, umbrella, wheelbarrow, etc.) that grow through or damage the netting.

Section 5: Limitations and Client Responsibilities

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Clients are expected to conduct regular inspections and manage the foliage around the enclosure to ensure the longevity and functionality of the enclosure.

Section 6: Cat Escape Clause and Limitation of Liability

Catworks takes every precaution to design, construct, and install cat enclosures that are highly secure and designed to prevent cat escapes. In the rare event that a cat escape occurs due to our materials or workmanship, we will promptly address the issue at no additional cost. However, our liability is limited to addressing escape-related factors directly attributable to our materials or workmanship.

Section 7: Relocation Services

At Catworks Cat Enclosures, we recognise that your residence may change, and with our relocation services, your custom cat enclosure can transition with you. This service includes:

• Dismantling and Removal: We carefully disassemble and pack your enclosure at the old residence, ensuring components suitable for reuse are transported safely.
• Reinstallation: At your new residence, we reassemble the enclosure using the salvaged components. Any necessary modifications or repairs during this process will be assessed and quoted separately.
• Fees: Please contact Catworks for current pricing and to arrange your enclosure’s relocation.

Section 8: Enhanced Animal Protection

We offer additional protective measures against various wildlife, enhancing your enclosure’s defence against specific threats. This includes bird-proofing, dog protection, fox protection, snake barriers, vermin proofing, and possum guards. Damage caused by animals other than your cats will void your warranty, Catworks can repair animal damage at a nominal fee.
