All orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase. You will receive your invoice and tracking shortly after the order has been shipped.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Refunds will only be granted if the item arrives defective, damaged, or you are sent the wrong item.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You must contact us within 14 days to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-10 business days.
Since returns and exchanges are only granted due to our error, we will cover the cost of replacing and re-shipping your item. You will receive an email with instructions about how to proceed with sending the item back if necessary.
