Rachael is our zen master of organisation. A friendly call or message from Rachael will have everything under control in no time. Rachael is a qualified Vet Nurse, so in additional to knowing your pet inside and out, Rachael knows first hand the dangers and challenges facing your pets. Rachael is the backbone of this business and ensures all our customer needs are attended to.
Calum has been a qualified tradesman for over a decade and is also an incredibly talented musician with a uni degree to prove it. This means that he has the highest attention to detail possible.

If you ever get the pleasure of chatting to Alyssa over the phone, first you will notice her bubbly personality and within those bubbles you will notice a strange accent. That’s because although born in Australia, she spent most of her life in Oregon, USA, where she got her bachelor’s degree in Media Arts – meaning she could show the world how much of a crazy cat lady she is through her visual media skills. We thought she might be able to help Catworks!
Don’t let the bubbles, purple hair, and foreign accent fool you – she has an incredible background working in tv/film production for shows like American Idol and 90 Day Fiancé. She also won several film festival awards for her own cat show documentary featuring some of the top ranking cats of Cat Fanciers Association.
