The feeder supports only 2.4GHz WIFI network. If you’re using a 5GHz WIFI network, please reset your router and mobile device’s network to 2.4GHz. It’s compatible with IOS 7.0 or above & Android 4.0 or above, and can be connected to your phone, tablet, or other smart devices. The camera offers three resolution settings: 480p, 720p, and 1080p.

In case of a power outage, the feeder can be powered by a power bank via USB. If the WIFI disconnects, the feeder will continue to dispense food as programmed, but you won’t be able to connect to the feeder or use the camera.

The storage container is designed to keep biscuits fresh and retain odour. It’s semi-sealed at the bottom to dispense portions and features a screw top to prevent your pet from accessing the food.

The feeder comes with a microphone and speaker, allowing you to record a message for your pet and listen in if they respond.

The product comes with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects. If the product is not compatible with your WIFI modem and is not faulty, this will not be considered a manufacturing fault. Please ensure compatibility before purchase.
