Why Use the Litter-Robot™ 4 Shield?

Some cats are enthusiastic diggers, which can lead to litter escaping the unit. The Shield extends the front opening of the Litter-Robot 4, helping catch kicked-out litter before it hits your floor.

The included privacy flap creates a more enclosed feel, which many cats prefer, while also discouraging other pets from interfering or peeking inside during use.

Installation

Installation is quick and straightforward. Simply attach the Shield to the front of your Litter-Robot 4 following the included Installation Guide — no tools required.

Important Note

The privacy flap is packed inside the same box as the Shield, stored in a small internal compartment. Please be sure to remove it before discarding the packaging.
